Engagement Director


The Engagement Director provides executive-level oversight and direction for client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This role involves driving business growth through strategic relationship management, managing escalation processes, and providing leadership across multiple projects. The Engagement Director is also responsible for identifying and leveraging business opportunities, setting strategic goals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives.
 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Provide strategic oversight of project deliverables, timelines, and quality, ensuring that all engagements align with client objectives.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention by offering innovative solutions and addressing client issues through appropriate escalation processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage budget, resources, and timelines for multiple, concurrent client engagements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster long-term client partnerships and improve overall business performance.

 

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in client engagement, project management, or a related executive role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale client accounts and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • PMP Certification; Advanced project management capabilities, with a track record of overseeing multiple, complex engagements.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
  • Ability to manage escalations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
