Senior Manager / Vice President
The Senior Manager / Vice President provides strategic leadership, organizational stability, and high-level management oversight to ensure continuity of operations and successful execution of priority initiatives. This role guides strategy, operations, and people leadership while reinforcing stakeholder confidence through consistent communication and authoritative decision-making. The Senior Leader plays a critical role in helping the organization navigate transformation and maintain seamless performance throughout the duration of service.
Key responsibilities include:

Provide strategic direction, decision-making authority, and organizational leadership.

Support the executive leadership team to advance mission-aligned priorities and operational goals.

Serve as a stabilizing presence during organizational change or transition periods.

Strengthen team performance through accountability, mentoring, and leadership development.

Guide strategy execution, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional experience, including at least five (5) years in a leadership or executive capacity.

Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams and driving organizational outcomes.

Strong communication, relationship management, and executive presence.

Proven ability to navigate complex environments and support strategic initiatives.

Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, MS, or equivalent).

Experience supporting government, transportation, or public sector organizations.
