Senior Project Manager – Graphics and Digital Support

The Senior Project Manager – Graphics and Digital Support provides strategic oversight and leadership for digital communications, graphic design, web development, and multimedia support services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality digital products that support public engagement, accessibility, and federal communications objectives while maintaining consistency with branding, design standards, and technical requirements.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital and creative services projects, including web development, graphic design, multimedia, and digital publishing.
  • Translate program goals and communication objectives into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Manage schedules, workloads, and performance for digital staff and creative teams.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all digital products meet accessibility standards, usability best practices, and federal compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with content developers, designers, and technical specialists to ensure timely delivery and alignment across platforms.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reporting on project status, performance metrics, and resource utilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement of digital workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

 

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, communications, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing digital communications, creative services, or web-related projects.
  • Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams in a federal or highly regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility requirements, web standards, and digital best practices.
  • Experience managing content within a Drupal-based environment.
  • Familiarity with federal web design frameworks and usability standards.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Public Trust clearance at this location.
