Program Director
We are seeking an experienced Program Director with a background in supporting federal programs. As the Program Director you will play a pivotal role in overseeing strategic planning, program coordination, and the integration of various program components. Serving as a liaison with the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), you will ensure alignment with program objectives and standards. Additionally, you will lead the development and revision of the program Strategic Plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning Oversight:
- Oversee strategic planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with program's long-term objectives and goals.
- Program Coordination:
- Coordinate various program components, ensuring cohesive and efficient program execution.
- Integration Management:
- Facilitate the integration of different program elements, promoting synergy and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Liaison with NCES:
- Act as a key liaison with NCES, fostering collaboration and ensuring program activities align with established standards.
- Strategic Plan Development:
- Lead the development and revision of program Strategic Plan, ensuring it reflects the organization's vision and goals.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Advanced degree in Education, Statistics, or a related field.
- PMP certification
- Minimum 10 years Program Management experience, supporting a federal program in education.
- Extensive experience in large-scale assessment programs, including strategic planning and program management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide strategic initiatives and coordinate complex programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic thinking and vision to lead the development and revision of program Strategic Plans.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Public Trust clearance at this location.
