Executive Leadership Coach
The Executive Leadership Coach provides one-on-one and small-group coaching to senior executives within the City of Minneapolis. This role focuses on enhancing leadership presence, strategic influence, and organizational effectiveness through evidence-based coaching methodologies.
Key responsibilities include:
• Deliver individualized coaching sessions for senior executives and department heads.
• Support strategic leadership, self-awareness, and decision-making capabilities.
• Facilitate reflection and action planning to align personal leadership goals with City objectives.
• Prepare individualized progress summaries and recommendations for continued growth.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive coaching experience.
• ICF certification (PCC or MCC level).
• Demonstrated success coaching high-level public sector leaders.
• Experience facilitating leadership programs for government agencies or large organizations.
